Engineering services for site plans, additions, hydronic challenges, and septic systems are available.

Budget pricing starts at $120.00 per square foot including 2-car garage, concrete basement, 100 ft gravel driveway, standard septic, forced air heating, 100' underground electric, all cabinetry, carpet and vinyl flooring.  Does NOT include cost of land, municipal hook-up charges, well drilling, or final landscaping. Specific options on all aspects of the home will determine final costs.  Customer may choose own contractors and level of service by CROWN HOMES.
